The Nature of Men to Cheat?


People: A man can love his wife and still cheat. It's the way men are wired.
Me: Gerrarra here. You don't know nothing. What is the problem with you people?
I don't claim to know anything about Love, but I know this one thing; When you love a person, faithfulness is a requirement. I don't seem to understand how Love and Cheating comfortably exist together. I don't also understand why people keep saying things like, "it is a man's nature to cheat". I refuse to believe that lie perpetuated by society to encourage infidelity and promiscuity amongst men. Maybe I'm old fashioned but I know that Love does not hurt. Love is not self-seeking. Love is kind. Love is compassionate. Love is not selfish. Love is not greedy. Love is pure. Love is true.
The other day, I read a post where the writer said that there are no faithful men out there. I refuse to buy into that school of thought. I believe that there are faithful men. Men who won't go round saying things like "baby-geh, you know I like you but I love my wife. I just want to be your sugar". Or "the love I have for you is different from the love I have for my wife". Jesu!!!
In this life, everything boils down to choice. We have a choice, always. A choice to keep to our vows or a choice to find the slightest of excuses to break them.
I am so tired of seeing people swallow such falsehood. Gerarra here! If I claim to love a person, why will I still go ahead to disrespect them with my actions?

Well although short but I get the message ..... But its not only men that cheat , women do too. That's a fact. And people cheat if you think de don't then your level of thinking is still....

  Hey!Hold on a bit!!Who says men don't or shouldn't cry?Men, just like women, are human,flesh and blood.Man was first created by God,no doubt,to be the head of the family, to support, provide, love amongst other duties which I am sure does not include pretending to be a rock and refusing to show emotions.Even the Bible is full of crying men;Jeremiah, David,Jacob,Samuel etc.Oh and even Jesus wept,remember? Crying is one of the few human universals. It is a manifestation of strong emotions, not just sadness or grief but also extreme happiness. Crying is not a sign of weakness and why should it be morally wrong? Who gets hurt if a man cries?
